Ok, so I will be completely honest here.
I suck at thumbnails.
I have trouble brainstorming at such an early level. I can make my decisions much better, in my opinion, after I have already started working.
I do see the benefit though, no doubt. If you use them enough they would be a huge help in the preliminary decision making process.
