Chili Cook Off!

• Use of a large graphic of a chili pepper as an attention catcher and as a means of creating a theme.
• Chili based theme shown in title and furthered by the chili graphic.
• Large heading with all caps, clear, simple, readable font.
• Use of diagonals to move viewers eye created by the chili pepper and the block of color in the bottom right.
• Body text at the end of diagonally placed chili leading the eye right to it.
• Two blocks of color run to the end of the page. There will be no bleed so possibly make the color end early creating a natural border. Unless the intent was to allow the printer to create that border with its lack of a bleed.
• Not much negative space.
• Will chili be white/black/grey? 1 color design. Thumbnail shows no indication of a fill. Just curious.
• Left justify the "OFF" in the title to fit in with the rest of the text.
• Good breaking-up of the "blocky color" with the curved line at the top to ad visual interest and keep the viewers attention.
• Watch the text positioning. With no bleed, it could get a little to close to the edge in the final comp.
